      Another morning begins in Oker Strasse, Schwulper; a seemingly sleepy and countryfied Village 9 kilometres North of Braunschweig.

      So today we had a lovely day in Braunschweig- after our big German breakfast in the hotel again we set off for some touristy sight seeing in Braunschweig. The city centre is just beautiful- and old. In Hitler's days it was known as the cultural centre of Germany and visited by him. It is also known as Brunswick.       So today we met the German side of the family. Oliver (Marc's cousin), his wife Kristina and their baby Pia, Kristina's parents and sister (Klaudia), Werner and Lydia (Henry's cousin) and Nick (Marc's cousin).       ... were still buzzing with excitement. QATAR airways had special meals and Sponge Bob square pants activity packs for the kids. We were also very happy to be travelling with Ben. We had a smooth first leg (apart Rafa being sick twice) which was 14 and a half hours with minimal sleep from all the excitement. We did our transfer at Doha airport (which was just beautiful) and then went off to Berlin. 7 hours later we arrived, got our luggage and caught a bus ...
