... it was rather nice again.

The biggest problem with the rain was that it meant there was nowhere to sit, and standing at the back of the boat seems rather odd when you aren't in control of the tiller, plus Carrie moans that she can't see round me.

So we found my parents and grandparents walking down the canal towards us as we reached Hopwas, after a small debate we decided we would pull in and pick them up. It would be hard to outrun someone on ...

... that a 5 mile walk was plenty, and I could almost have developed a faith, when a chip shop appeared at the half way point! Lovely they were too. Collapsing in a shady spot at the campsite became the best available option after lunch and we have barely moved since. The BBQ was a classic, but slightly concerned that Lola, apparently without effort, swallowed a pork rib bone: I don't know which I can see more clearly - the X-ray or the vet's ...

... fast track tickets, after a lot more screaming and feeling slightly off Pete dragged me to the next one Air which was great and not as scary. Next was nemisis sub terror being new was a scary and creepy ride/show enough for everyone there to scream. After all the screams and fun it was time to refuel and eat some lunch and relax a bit. After eating lunch at 2 it was time to wind down a bit ...
