The dinner finished with a lazy couple of reds and ...

Decide to head out early and get as far as possible towards Gallipoli, the map showed good roads and we made excellent progress. We avoided all temptations to stop at any fallen piles of stone, yes it was hard for me however I chose to make the sacrifice for Lisa's sake as she was going stone crazy. Don’t tell Lisa but I think there are castles in France & England, so I am saving some browny points.

      Beach day.

A travel blog entry by i_could_walk on Jun 17, 2009

I slept really well last night and didn't wake til 6am. This is normal as its light and the curtains are typically ineffective. its also a cool part of the day so no hardship. Todays plan is to observe the docks when the istanbul ferry would depart and see if it really does go from here. And to go to the beach, swim and read. This seems a fairly conservative place so it will be interesting to see how the do beach. I reckon that ...
