    ... river. Koblenz is a beautiful town on the confluence of the Mosel and Rhein rivers with both an old heart and new areas constructed after 85% of the town was destroyed in WW2. We are enjoying the space, fresh air and peace after the chaos of Amsterdam. Our apartment has bikes and a laundry and these have been well used.     ... well as Appropriate accommodations for the defenders. This was another highlight for
    this trip.

    We returned to the ship for lunch before which we stopped' at the Senfniihld Mustard Factory
    and are bringing home two unique tasting bottles of mustard.

    We then returned to our boat, took a brief nap then went to a lounge to receive dis-embarqing
    instructions to follow on Thursday.

    ... water, they are so aware of viruses/sickness experienced on many cruises so they don't take any chances and have hand sanitizers at the doors of the lounge and restaurants to try and prevent it.

    Tonight we will be staying in Rudesheim so will be off the Irish bar to watch the football apparently the TV in the rooms too small, we then sail in the early hours of tomorrow morning heading next to Mannheim. Football was boring can back at half time now watching in our room.

    ... at many other ports to pick up and drop off more passengers, there seemed to be a bit of a trend. It seemed all the Dutch and German elderly like to come to the Rhine for vacations, however we never knew this before arriving. It's not like we've been partying at all the places we go, but it's odd when all the towns seen to shut down at 10pm when it doesn't even get dark until 11!
