To set the scene, we have included a few photos from last year's trip.
... we had a drink at the bar and took our laptop down there where it works a lot better!! Tonight we walked down to what seems like a local social club. It was full of Austrians and they seem to be enjoying themselves. The meal was okay – I had fish but as you can tell it wasn’t outstanding. Doesn’t matter. Back in the room for planning for tomorrow and it doesn’t seem that noisy after all thank goodness.
... at 11:00, we had to take off our coats and find some water. We checked in to the Eagle's Nest tour office and then headed outside to walk up the hill to the little town. And just our luck … as we headed outside the sound of cow bells began ringing out.
