Swiss Alps Passes delight
Another beautiful clear sky greeted me when I woke up at the Hotel in Pontresina, After a great buffet breakfast, I left this charming village, riding past St Moritz then the Julierpass, 2284 m - then up the valley to Oberalppass, 2044 m, Furkapass, 2431 m and Grimselpass, 2165 m. before joining the shores of Lake Brienz and Thun. Once in Thun, it is only a short ride up the mountain to my niece's place at Bleiken.

We were walking past this house with a small chicken coop next to it and it had maybe two or three chicken wandering around in the coop. We stopped to watch them and of course we had to cluck at them – ‘cluck cluck cluck’. All of a sudden what can only be described as a swarm of chickens came running right at us from under the hen house! There must have been at least 20-30 of them! It was so funny! They all ran over ...

We have arrived in Switzerland and as we quickly learned they are still on the Swiss franc and speak a language that is a combination of German, Italian and French. Mmmmm Swiss chocolate
... on top of the mountain thats run by the hotel. It was very entertaining. Cara got absolutely plastered and we didn't see her till the next afternoon We found out that she woke up in Ricky's room. Ricky was drunk again and going around trying to dance with everybody. The boys were stripping on the dance floor, Benny got down to his undies before we had to stop him. I myself had a few to many vodka and Red Bull's but i was still sober enough not to do anything stupid ...
