Is this escape or running away?

A good friend asked me recently if I was escaping or running away - that had me thinking. Why would I leave my wonderful circle of family and friends, my social scene and photography courses, a perfectly brilliant business like Express Imaging, with its fabulous team of workmates, my lovely house and car, the beautiful Roath Park and City of Cardiff to pack one bag and fly to the other side ...

Here we are in Malmesbury, the "Queen of the hilltop towns" and reportedly the place of the oldest continuous settlement in England. King Athelstan died here in 709 and was buried in the Abbey, which is virtually next door to where we are staying in a home exchange organised by Trish and Ray.

The past 3 weekends I have been traveling like crazy so it was nice just hanging out. The ...

... to make the homes look "royal" It was a LONG day of walking and I'm sure it only gets worst. But the thing is - I love it! This is all iv ever wanted - to see the world. There's a reasons humans are compelled to do everything to stay alive. There is a reason people are happy, a reason people can love. - I'm lost, maybe the answer is simple, maybe it's within myself. But my mission is to find true happiness, through something or through myself. How ...

    Clouds of Bristol

A travel blog entry by natsully on Oct 28, 2013

So, I've been spending some time with an old friend in her city of Bristol. The main aim of my visit was to enjoy her company, but we did play the tourist as well as she showcased what her city had to offer. Bristol is a great place to spend some time. There's some really interesting architecture, it's really easy to walk around and explore the sights, there's a lot of history, ...
