... place. From Bibury we drove through Bourton on the water and on to Stow on the Wold. The area is lovely with beautiful views of the countryside We enjoyed the drive along the narrow lines, high hedges lined the road and the hedgerows were full of cow parsley and buttercups. After another great meal we enjoyed local cheeses with a slice of Mary's Bara Brith, we have really appreciated this generous hospitality but tomorrow we move ...

The bridge was the longest suspension bridge in the world when it was built, but Stephen had thought it was the first. But no - suspension bridge design has been around for millennia. So for him it was a bit of a disappointment. But I found it more interesting than I expected, so it balanced out, really.

... blend cider was a ginger cider which is not exactly a flavour I would ever choose or want. It tasted like straight ginger beer. Anyway, it was a nice bar which would most definitely be Jason's local if we lived in Bristol as he so happily expressed to me, but we left after that one because the night before was catching up on me.

The next day we went on a street art walking tour to check out the home of Banksy which has embraced street art like nowhere else I have seen. ...
