      ... hear a couple of Aussie accents from girls who looked about 17 and I thought oh god here we go! Contiki is known for having young groups but I was not excited about possibly spending a week with a group of 18 year olds.       ... which was art (of which I'm not a huge fan) and then took me to the top floors of Salzburg Dom which was beautiful. On my way back I walked through the Mirabell gardens which were pretty except everything was dead, but there was a pretty greenhouse.

      If you are going to Salzburg I recommend buying the Salzburg pass, it's pretty cheap and you get to go everywhere for free after you have the card. It was a great deal to tour the city on a budget!

      ... way up is a restaurant I remember from a trip here with the MFU back in 2008. The old man and his wife are still there. He serves and she makes the most amazing Bavarian white sausage served with potato salad and sauerkraut.
