I headed for the docks to see a old steam ship that is being restored there
and after that the satnav was set up to get me out of town and onwards through
Slovenia and beyond.
Down at the docks the temp was a wonderful 19 Celsius but as I started
climbing the steep roads out of the city it began to get colder by the minute
and by the time I am out the city the temp has fallen to 11 Celsius. Heated

... supermarket on the way to the flat and we arrived at Dallach 94/8 about 4.30pm. The flat has central heating so is very cosy, a living room-lounge-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed!(seems like single after our king) and a bathroom etc. the view from the balcony down the lake is superb. Dam just a short run from base and we passed some amazing waterfalls and arrived with not another person around - not a bad thing to be alone when you are stood on a glass platform at 200m. Back into Gmund for a look around the Porche Museum and town, quick bite to eat with a rather indulgent Iced Coffee.
