... the altitude made breathing difficult! We stopped on the way down for a cheese sandwich. Home made bread and cheese (from the cows milk)! At the bottom we went to König Alm (where the van is parked) and had a hot chocolate and a beer. ... and had teo ask three people for directions from there! But we found it, and were put straight to work milking the cows! Teresa and the other milk maid, Clara, made a special German dish for dinner (Spätzle) which was amazing! Best Austrian meal yet ...

... soon after arriving in Bled how the town got it's name. They bleed you dry! It was pouring rain when we got off the bus, so we had to get one of the city's two taxis to take us to our hotel (Kompas Hotel). It cost us 12 euros for a ride that took just 2-3 minutes!
