This place has a great location and staff but that's all. The place needs a renovation badly. Food pretty good in the restaurant.

We stopped in the large visitor center at the south of the park and they advised us to head over to the tent-only campground at Jenny Lake ASAP if we wanted a spot as it has been filling in the morning - we were glad we did as we got the last spot for 2 nights.
We set up the tent and then headed north to see the other sites. It was cloudy with no view of the mountains so ...

The pool was surrounded on one side by grey rock, and the other side was mountains, trees, and bright skies. The water felt warm at first, but I fell in and the ...
We then continued on with the hike where 4 of the 5 of us seemed to enjoy it. One of the 5 of us, which will remain nameless was not having a very positive attitude and was lagging behind whining and complaining. I guess that is to be expected while on a busy trip like we have been on, but it did raise tensions a bit for the rest of us.
As we reached the other side we took the 1 mile hike up the mountain to see waterfalls and hike to ...
