... of the Dolomites and the view of the mountainside full of Larch trees and their fall colours was amazing. The architecture in that area has a definite Austrian feel. We reached the Passo Sella (Sella Pass), about 6,600 feet elevation where the mountainside had a layer of fresh snow. The view was not there. Cold and snowing. We took our chances and missed some amazing landscapes. It was time to head back, repack and continue our ...

After spending the morning wandering round Riva del Garda we travelled in to Limone sul Garda for a lovely wander round the cobbled streets and lunch. We had mussels and fish for lunch so in the evening we went to the beach hut for burger and chips and wine for ...

or 4 mph on the sharp curves but worse still is when they meet another truck
coming the other way. Here all stops and both trucks have to work out how to
          pass each other. ...

... I got here today to TIrano. I expected just a small stopover town since this is where the Bernina Express ends but it is a lovely little town. It is almost 5:30 so I doubt I will get any pictures; however, I can tell you we had a lovely lunch of fish with what else but two scoops of gelato ( not at the same time-lol) Two hours in Italy and we are already hitting the gelato counter - works for me!!! ...

... Little narrow cobbled streets everywhere with lots of tourist shops and tourists quietly wandering the streets. The tourists haven't dropped back here yet but I guess Lake Garda is a special place. We drove north towards Malcesine which was our next destination but there was absolutly nowhere to park the beast here so I said to Kerry we could cycle back here ...
