We have just come back from a lovely trip up to Lake Konigssee, and a boat trip down the lake to St Bartholoma. ... found a different path near the gorge, climbing bridge rails etc etc to get some decent photos.

Still alive, we traveled back to Salzburg slowly, walked the river by night and checked out the cathedral all while consuming pumpkin soup, chocolate, apple strudel and coffee.

... man with a face full too dark foundation sat there and watched us. He tried to tell help us with working the drier, unfortunately our German is limited....and despite our blank looks he continued to chat to us. It's the thought that counts I suppose!
