    ... Club game in the weekend. It's well funded and even the Under 11 year olds have their own permanent changing rooms. This means the gear stays there all week and never comes home. I was thrilled to wander in there yesterday and notice hundreds of cases of 2001 Bordeaux Haut Medoc piled shoulder high, at the unbelievable price of €8.95 each. Carrefour is great for large weekly shops, where you can pile the trolley full with a huge assortment of delights and spend only €100 or so.     ... honourable mentions as the only way that either kiddos would make the parade route was with us by their sides (Avaia waving a flag from the comforts of Bob Jr. and Talia holding onto Bob Jr. eyes wide open to the lights and people all around her. They were so cute and well received.

    More fireworks, more music and one last lit fancy match that we promised Talia and we were back home for the night.
