A bit of Arizona
... finally resolved our problems of yesterday and things are now ok, though days like yesterday do tear a small chunk out of your heart! I put all the kitchen stuff back into the new cabinet drawers- so nice to get them out of the boxes they have been in for a month plus! I washed clothes and bedding, cleaned house and just did lots of home stuff. Karl came by to collect his money for the last of the kitchen repairs and talk for a bit. ... for flushing the transmission tomorrow. I went to the bank with the stuff from James to open his dad’s safety deposit box-- and with all he sent we now need a form filled out and notarized and a death certificate, not a copy like I have but a real one! I sent the stuff on to James and hope he can get it done soon, before I leave. From there to WalMart for 4 new tires - an expensive day! Now on to Stayton and Sublimity where I will stay a couple of days with cousin ...
Joshua tree national park followed by a nightmare!

... the time, we got to Houston, I was so tired and emotional and finding out that they cancelled our tickets to Phoenix and Las Vegas and LA made me cry! Nikolas was in much better shape that me.
