While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. ... and chips and stuff.  I took the bananas which were fresh and tasted good.  Atlanta airport is one of the busiest airports in the world - a flight every 30 seconds.  It is huge.  There are 6 different terminals.  They are linked with a rail system which is free. I was impressed with how well it worked. ...

... a small boy had got stuck in it. It was windowless and bylaw nobody should have to poop in the dark, nor have to poop in the light after Jock had been. I had to shower in the lingering smell of something we had eaten in Memphis, and think about what we were likely to find in Atlanta on a Monday night.
