Back to insanity we made our way to most likely the most famous building in Istanbul-the Blue Mosque. We slowly walked through this impressive building trying to take in its magnificence.
This was one of the reasons I wanted to come to Istanbul. It always amazes me how men without JCBs and Caterpillar tractors achieve such a conquest.

We woke up early this morning so we could see the passage through the Dardanelles straight. It was a beautiful clear crisp morning as we sailed by the town of Gallipoli. We did not pass Anzac Cove as it is on the other side of the Gallipoli peninsula.
