... to Kuala Lumpar. Mid morning, I went for a final walk around Bandar Seri Begawan. The canal next too the resthouse again had a market alongside it so I went for a look. In fact the canal was quite bust with people going up and down in speedboats and some of the produce being transported here by boat.

I popped into the supermarket for some more food supplies and ...

This is a little town on the west coast of Cebu. Most tourists go there for the scuba diving. We went there just because we wanted to rest for a week, and be in a place where we could swim in the clean ocean again. We stayed at a beach area called Pangsama Beach, about 6 km from Moalboal. As it turned out our room looked out to sea, which was lovely. It is very hot here, but lovely sitting under the shade of the big trees in the sea breeze, or having a dip in the pool. Mark wasn't able ...

Well we have been in Malaysia for 6 weeks now. There has been so much to see and do. We spent the day at an amazing bird park yesterday, which is called the worlds largest free flight aviary. Getting to learn the train, light rail, and monorail systems as we travel around. Had a panic moment on the first night. We were separated as the train doors closed before Mark could get on. As it happened I was on the wrong train, so had to get off. ...

We arrived in Kuala Lumpur not far from Chinatown and started hunting for a guesthouse. We found one and after a quick meal called it quits for an early night. On our first proper day we first visited the Petronus Towers, as one does, to try and arrange tickets for the next day or to see how it was arranged. On our way there the heavens opened like I have never seen before and we took shelter here and there on ...

      Air Asia to Penang

When I checked in I was told my bag would go straight to Penang. Not wanting to be separated from my bag on my first day I waited to see if it would come out in KL. I thought it might in case I needed to declare anything to customs or quarantine, like how I remember it working in the USA. My bag didn't come out and it seems customs/quarantine isn't a big deal here as we all just walked through.

Upon exiting the arrival hall I was confronted with a mad house. I ...
