So finally we 've arrived in Malaysia, Got off the plane at Klia and bought a taxi voucher.Went to find a tax, but none of the wanted to take us to Melaka! Eventually one taxi driver volunteered and off we wet, we gave him the details of our hotel and off we went. Lots of heavy traffic and a taxi driver who didn't seem to know where he was going eventually we arrived at our hotel. The Majestic Malacca. Cocktails, a meal and an early night.

All the buildings are so beautiful over here with lovely architecture. We had photos with the famous 'I love KL' sign and ...

On our way there the heavens opened like I have never seen before and we took shelter here and there on ...

... and share the taste of Mexican food with our new traveling friends from France, Sweden and the UK. We see the sites of the city- including the KLCC twin towers, a water light combo show, a bar with a swimming pool on the roof among other big city views. We even went to the movie theater next to the indoor roller coaster! To beat the heat we went to a couple rock climbing gyms- one being the tallest wall in ...

Last Friday we arrived at Noni & Michael's top floor apartment (24th floor) after the taxi driver got lost due to Michael giving us the address with an error in it!! The taxi driver took it in good humour and accepted the challenge of getting us to our destination, fortunately we were on a fixed payment arranged at the airport. The apartment is about 45 mins out of KL (Kuala Lumpur stands for muddy estuary) next to the International Medical University where ...
