    ... night and I was asleep but 8.30! Today was a shorter walk with several medium climbs across moors of Heather which is now flowering and really beginning to stand out against the ground.     ... night of clubbing rather than as someone to greet you and make you feel comfortable. As I presume is the custom in many fine dining restaurants in the area, we were first ushered into the lounge area where drinks were ordered and canapés were served.     Well today is our last day in the Lakes. Said a fond farewell to Debs, Howard and Meg dog. Had a delicious brekky of eggy bread and several cups of tea.     ... sweet shop not the dog shop!) Then it was back to the site up the bloody great hill for a well earn't beer and shower. Tea of French pizza and fried French potato cubes ( blooming delicious). Spent the rest of the evening sat outside the van chatting with Deb n Howard, using Miss Meg as a hot water bottle, no clouds tonight so had got a tad chilly.
