    ... then trekked on into the mists, making our way to Angle Tarn. The climb then got seriously steep. Reaching The Knott just seemed to take forever. The loose shale and rock pathway, typical of the Lakes, didn't help either! We had a bit of a breather there, then headed on to Kidsty Pike. It was 1230 when we got to the top.
