      Today we are docked at Remagen and meet our tour guides to see the Bridge at Remagen Museum, which is a memorial to peace. As you walk toward the museum, first you see across the Rhine River what is left of the bridge on the other side of the river. And you also see the remnants of the opposite side of the railway bridge built in 1916 to 1918 to supply troops during WWI.       ... of this, happy hour and breakfast would not be available to us. She said that the room and facilities were simply overbooked as it was. She promised to accommodate the Platinum level upgrade in some other manner.
