On the way to Verona, just out of Milan, the coach was pulled over and inspected by Italian police and thoroughly checked our driver's documents.         ... with bunk beds, and not much room for luggage. There was a very small bath with a shower built for a midget. I fit perfectly, Doug struggled a bit. Surprisingly, it was hot with decent water pressure. We both slept pretty well considering the frequent stops during the night. Breakfast was a cup of apple sauce, liver pate, and bread....         (Terry) We return to Piazzo San Marco via vaporetta to tour the Doges' Palace. We've been told that 12 cruise ships are in port today and the Piazza and walks along the water are already teaming. Luckily there is no lineup at the Palace.
