I've spent the past week in Montreal, resting up from one leg of the journey and preparing myself for stage two. I can't say that it's been all that exciting, but certainly very relaxing. ... being very warm and I was in jeans, carrying this massive backpack on my back. When I finally made it to Tom's nobody was home, of course. So I kept walking until I got to my house. Had no idea what I was going to do. Fortunately my neighbour was home, offered me one of the best tasting beers I can still remember. Luckily, she had a key to my place! Went it, showered, called my friend Mel and/or Steve and was at some pool party that night. Good fun.
