... to control her very large group and keep them all together. One of the party had evidently marched off ahead of everyone and whilst we were trying to enjoy the incredible view through the Canyon the groups guide raced up to him and literally laid into him verbally. It gave our small group of 9 an insight into how difficult it is for the guides to keep their parties safe in the extreme conditions and Adrian, our guide, was a bit of a mother hen, but deservedly so. Addendum to last entry: In addition to our performance to drive 1000 kilometers on the Great Central at 40 degrees, is one of respect and which make this with a push bike. We met 3 Push bikers who ride with an incredible amount of motivation in 2 weeks, the Great Central. Big respect from me to all cyclists who ride incredible distances or even drive around the World.
