... on the pyramids is quite a sight. The children are somewhat interested but who can blame them after a day like this. It’s a 10 minute drive to the pyramids from our hotel. It’s early morning and there aren’t many tourists. Usually the place is full but there are only a handful of buses. This is great except that makes us easy targets for hawkers. Yesterday we got invited to have dinner with the family that owns our apartment. We had a great time and the girls got to play with a friend their age. Today we fly to Rome and will spend five nights there.
... sang for us! What a treat! We spent some time after the concert talking to them about school and life and they gave us a wonderful gift of a paperweight and a music CD!!!
