So my trip takes me today from Delft to Noordwelle. Delft was a bit like Milan and an Findus Articl Roll, ****** on the outside and delightful in the middle. The town square in Delt and the architecture are delightful .For some unknown reason the shops are shut on a Sunday until 3.00 pm ??????? The journey took me over the 3 Islands South of Rotterdam ( don't go there it's worse than Rotherham.1st crossing by ferry for the exhorberent fare of 1 euro and 25 cents then ...

... We practiced our year 7 German on them, lots of 'ich mag fussball.'

They dropped us off at the information centre in Knokke and we gave them some cappuccino flavoured truffles from Brussels. The parting was quite abrupt from their end, but hey, they ARE German, and we were at the seaside!

The information desk attendant said it was nice to walk along the beach and make your way back through the boutique shopping area, so we decided to do just that.
