Ioánnina, Greece rbruce... it was really hot so my mom and I just jumped out of the starting blocks and didn't run a lap =) The columns and walls of the old city were pretty eerie and very humbling. With life there is death and vice versa. So this was a great site visit and there is even a little museum that displayed some of the artifacts they unearthed- although the more precious finds are in Athens now. Excellent, hot day!
