    ... to bed, sick still. Katie and Tom had a date to meet friend not far from us, under the bridge at a loud and fun bar/party place so they left and Roger John and I walked the few steps to the pub by the canal, sat in the sun, drank a few beers and had fingerlicking god ribs and didnt bat an eyelid at the price.     To explore the Sodermalm area (south of Gamla Stan) we followed a walking tour I found online based on the books by Stig Larsson known as the Millenium series (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo etc), We have found having some specific sights to look out for is always a good way to explore a place. And we did enjoy the books and films.

    ... some notices of properties that were being offered. Lars had special interest in new construction but in Sweden when a project is introduced it often sells out 3 years before occupancy. And while we´re optimistic, healthy old folks...3 years is a long time at our age!

    ... a nice spa on Drottninggatan, the pedestrian shopping street nearby. The hostel provides the staff with one free pass a month. Usually the admission is like 240 kr ($40). Entering the gate, there was a lush garden with a pond. The spa building was very cute. There is a gym, salon, restaurant, rooftop there in addition to the spa/sauna. You can rent everything there from towels to bathrobes to slippers. I just brought my own, though almost everyone was ...
