    ... we enjoyed sunny days each day were were here. There were so many interesting museums to choose from. We hit a lot and it was a bit exhausting, but it also gave us a pretty good picture of Swedish history and culture.

    On the first day, Inger walked us around the neighborhood and showed us a few restaurants we might want to go to. Then we went to the very fascinating Photography museum. The main exhibit was from a couple that traveled the world taking photos ...

    ... Our cousin Lennart in also shared history from the Jonas Hedlund family and we have a book written by Helmer Hedlund in Swedish so will get that translated. Gunnel brought some old photos which were fun to look at. I will write it all down and post pictures when I get back to the states or maybe Thurs. before our flight leaves.

    ... to enjoy a special lunch at Oaxen Krog & Slip. While we didn't have a reservation we were able to have an early lunch. Because it was so gray and chilly outside we decided to take the ferry back to Slussen and head home for a quiet afternoon.

    Not the kind of day Midsommar memories are made of, but we enjoyed it. Now we hope the sommar weather arrives SOON!
