So we arrived at the campsite at Imperia with another problem with the Alarm Siren Sounding and the Engine Immobiliser kicking in... We now have 3 problems still to sort out, the Fiat Speedometer, Kitchen Tap and the Alarm..! Claim with Amex being processed for the Water Diesel and the repair from the Fiat Dealer to flush the system and just to keep everything ticking along also contacted AGIP Service Stations HQ... Can't do any ...

A few different cats and kittens came to visit in the morning. It seems that the village is slowly being overrun to the point where I am sure there are more cats than people.

... excited at the thought! Once siesta time was over for the locals and we had recovered from our, let's be honest, near death, experience we headed to the shops to stock up on wine and cheese! Stopping on the way back for a cheeky little prosseco at an empty bar we were joined minutes later by what must be the only other English people in the area! What a totally random night! Tuesday 7 October

The weather did not cooperate today. The highlight was dinner in a little restaurant in Molini di Triora.

It was a five course feast of home cooked Italian fare. Two courses of antipasta, then all sorts of pasta, then meat dishes. We were all so full we couldn't fit in dessert.
