Plane ride was smooth. Just difficult to sleep and I didn't get much sleep the day before I left O'Town so I need a shot of adrenaline to kick in. Since we have a 7 hr layover here in Frankfurt we decided to get out and about. Took the train to the ...

Companies all around (take Ford, for example) are being forced to cut hours to hinder production and in that they are taking a stab at decreasing costs.. Opel is no different. Sometime last week, we found out that GM is speaking with the German union board (or something fancy like that) about cutting ...

For the past few weeks we have been enjoying several German Christmas traditions -- including visiting numerous Christmas Markets, St Nicolas day (6 Dec) and even had our First Snow day just a few days before Christmas.

Of course - being away from home, we miss our own traditions and this year we embarked in attempting to make tamales at home. They came out great !!!

      Miss ya :)
