      Today we are docked in Breisach in the south west of Germany and the sun is shining in blue skies, hooray! But it is only 2 degrees with no wind. We are leaving at 12:15 for an excursion through the Black Forest, so no lunch. However they won't let us starve so there was breakfast available until 9:00 and then brunch available from 9:30 until 11:30.       ... German Beirgarden! We sampled both a local and Munich beer while enjoying the outdoor seating. Beate and Michael spoiled us with their kindness and we enjoyed homemade meals including raclette which included melted cheese over a variety of items!
