      ... the car traffic being so much less, but we have found it very peaceful. We've tried some Dutch dishes today and some of them are certainly different but quite palatable. Potato mash in various forms seems common done with spinach, smoked sausage and boiled egg or made into croquettes eaten in a bun. we also had delicious bagels for breakfast.
