... living in some dude's house with all of his stuff still here. It's right in the centre of Geneva which in our couple of days here seems to be a bit of a stiff place and not particularly friendly. It is a stunning setting on both sides of the lake with a very strong French architectural influence and lovely parks with lots of sculptures and art everywhere, similar to Lugano.

My stay in Geneva has been a wonderful repose for me and very necessary before my next big adventure where I know I will be seeing lots of sights. In addition to relaxing and getting a lot of work done, I did manage to get out and about a bit and even make some lovely friends.

I finished with such a sore crutch chaffing and Jacqui's knee gave out when she walked. There were people everywhere so we grabbed a couple of beers 7.6% from Holland with some even ...

... at 2000m. There was plenty of parking and 300 degree views of surrounding mountains, so we decided to free camp there for the night. By the time we went to bed there were four other motorhomes there too. We woke up to the first day of summer with clear blue skies so decided to set off on a two hour signed walk that led up to another col (pass). Stunning scenery but a bit muddy in parts with melting snow. After walking for an hour and a half we came to some ...
