      ... are in German. We did dinner in a little Italian place nearby and were in bed nice and early with only minimal fighting over who is sleeping in which room...we have 2 rooms next to each other with 3 beds in each! Tomorrow we wanted to head out to the Uetliberg which is a mountain overlooking Zurich that has snow on it and is a nice nature area where we can walk around. We will see it this go as planned..! ...

      ... Alps in the distance. It's distinctive pointed spires and old brickwork buildings rise above making it look both cosmopolitan and fairy-tale like.       ... building which no doubt in years past, was a great castle. It was under renovations so we walked around the outside, it was huge.

      We returned to the station and went off to platform 44 to catch the train to Rapperswil, no problem, it was a easy comfortable ride to the end of the Zurichsee Lake. We passed some beautiful countryside just outside Zurich city and we saw our first glimpse of the Alps!

      ... saying he misses his mother and brother who are in his home country. He and his wife went back for a holiday but they didn't feel safe. They will not return.

      We are taking it easy now. We are some way out of town so have organised to have dinner here. Dinner was king prawn pad Thai!

      ... coffee and got on our flight. It was a quick flight, when we arrived we had no idea where we where going. We found a travel centre, the girl was very helpful and quick and sorted accomodation in davos, ski passes, train tickets, and accomodation back in Zurich total price $1500 Aussie dollars. 5 mins later we where on a train heading to Davos with 3 interchanges, conner was freaking out. We arrived in Davos about 7pm, and the hotel sent a shuttle bus. Got ...
