Coffee is about a euro or two depending on where you have it and there are loads of untouristy coffee shops and restaurants which is just a door in a wall, no advertising, complete with tiles on the walls and rickety chairs and a cat asleep on a table.There are loads of free roaming dogs.       ... People very much keep to themselves and behave very quietly. The biggest noise is the olives that drop and and give a little roll on our roof. On our right are Germans (who I haven't let on to speaking German so I can eavesdrop, but unfortunately they hardly speak) who clean and tidy and wash the van constantly (although that seems to be the motor homing males prime occupation) Their neighbours have pot plants that sit in the sun with them.       ... sunshine and beach time. We spent quality time with Hugo (a guide/hostel manager) as we, again, were the only ones in the hostel. He took us on a cave hunt/cliff walk, led us to our coveted hole in the wall breakfast joint, gave us a glimpse into his new "urban" tour of the street art and history of Lagos and capped it all off with a spectacular day of kayaking in and around the cliffs and caves of Lagos. Definitely one of the highlights of my whole life! ...

      ... and gluing has done a good job, but it is time to put back to original condition. We were lucky to source the original part too. For an additional €5 we were able to buy the whole unit so will get new screens which is great as the old ones are tired.
