... us up the hills to the Concepcion area. My goodness, talk about restaurants! Fantastic food at silly prices (about 7 euros for a three course meal including a pisco sour) cannot be ignored. We have been back to the Hotel Brighton twice and today pushed out the boat and went to La Concepcion. The lamb dish I had here was probably the nicest food I have ever tasted.

... the day we decided to go horse riding. We had basic directions from the website and thought we should probably call up and book but as we don't have SIM cards yet we thought we might just trek it out there and hope it works out...if not it would be an adventure. Erica pointed out a dog that looked lovely and friendly but on a previous tour had eaten a cat right next to the tour group!
