    ... before crossing the river to Portugal. It was a 1.5 hour drive and we had great conversation along the way. So for 8 Euros each we made it to the border, much less hassle & price than on the bus. I guess this service is very popular throughout Europe – helps people cover the high cost of petrol and a fun way to meet other travellers.

    ... nous. C'est tellement calme que ça en est bizarre! Nous avons changé d'heure le weekend dernier mais comme ça n'allait pas avec notre style de vie, nous avons décidé de vivre à l'heure de Kivu, c'est genial! De temps en temps nous allons au village de Culatra ce qui prend 25 minutes de marche (quand la marée est basse) sur la plage.     We got packed up early this morning and ready to meet Terry (from our intrepid group) to go out to Belem together for the morning. We took a taxi out and arrived there just before 10am, perfect timing as it turned out the sights opened at 10 so we beat a lot of the crowds.
