Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?

Thanks!
Metro Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States weezy78... on Saturday and made a spontaneous stop at the Native American Cochiti pueblo to see the Kashi Katuwe National Monument - white tent shaped rocks formed by volcanoes. When picking up Benji and Katherine from the airport, we also managed to swap our car for a much sportier and roomier Mazda S6! In the evening we experienced our 3rd sports match in the USA - College American Football. The match was a noisy local derby between Uni of New Mexico (The LOBOS) and New ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States dev-max... I gave up and then caught the craziest bus ride I've ever had, the driver was insane, speeding down the hill and around the bends, beeping at anyone within swiping distance, and alternately tapping out musical rhythyms on the horn, the other passengers were cheering him on like THIS was the way to drive a bus, or maybe the driver was some kind of local legend I got off back at the library where theres air con, wireless Internet, and things tend to unfold in a bit more of predictable way
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States brendan86... Unfortunately we were 3 days too late. The majority of the birds, thousands, had already taken off. There were a few still there and the sunrise was beautiful.
We then drove southwest to Silver City for a few days of exploring.
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States sjandbuddy... suburb of Albuquerque until August 2009. We got to explore many places in the meantime, visiting some of the places below:

Ski Santa Fe
Sandia Peak
Carlsbad Caverns National Park
White Sands National Monument
Albuquerque Old Town, Zoo, Aquarium, and Gardens
Petroglyphs National Monument
Roswell

and best of all Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, where for 100 bucks we got to go in and ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States gnatalia... not be worth the extra mileage, but as we drew near, we quickly changed our mind. It was another magical place. And perhaps the best bit was that, because it was after 16.00, you could simply let yourself into the little visitor's centre, press play on the informational film yourself, pick up your own little walking guide, wander off to have a much closer look at one of the telescopes and even stroll along a balcony where you could look into the ...

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States rone_9It's only a week (and a day) away, and I've come down with a cold. Hopefully it'll only last a week and I'll be back to top form for the trip. We still have much to do, but we're mostly ready to go. We're going to practice packing this weekend to see if we have enough room in our packs. I still need to get a visa (why do Americans need a visa to go to Australia anyway?) although it can be processed on the internet and ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States jaybrotz... I headed down to Old Town for the highly recommended (from our Alaskan friends) Snake Museum. We saw so many unique snakes and watched an educational video on snakes. What a small world it is...turns out the owner used to live in Lake Park, FL also and taught science at Suncoast High School (right around the corner from our old house). We ate Mexican for dinner AGAIN and the boys have had just about enough of it!!!
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States thesteeles... age, not my age. That almost never happens now, and I don’t see it happening amongst my younger peers either, except for cross-sex hook-ups. I came back and visited again a few years later and found out that she’d been killed in a car wreck, right about the time there was a song of the same name all over the radio. Life’s weird.
