Well we finally swam in the Mediterranean. The water is very clear, temperature was perfect, calm sea...no waves, but I needed my sandals to cope with the very pebbly shore! Did I know there wouldn't be much sand? We are spoilt! Docked first at the apparent site of the underwater tombs, which our guidebook and the locals spoke very highly of. Um...it was exactly 1 tomb...made of stone...sticking out of shallow water. I found it much more entertaining to watch the mating mallard ducks floating by as our driver finished up his ...

... other rope didn’t reach ashore), in the end the just gave up and pulled it ashore. They then unloaded about ten esky type boxes of drinks, and more drinks in bags, helped of course by the nutter old lady and carried to the cliffs and hidden behind a tree and a bit further up the hill behind other trees.

A massive Russian group then rocked up in about the same spot as the dodgy boat, soon joined by their Gulet’s speedboat with drinks ...
