Another short drive to Ferrol so we took a detour via A Coruna, hoping to enjoy views of the coast. We had a few but not as many as we thought we would. A Coruna is a large town that did not interest us.

Today we signed up for transport from/to La Coruna and then do our own thing instead of participating in an organised tour. Once we arrived in La Coruna we caught the transfer to a Gothic town called Santiago de Compostela (Capital ...

... by the fact that it felt like a show was being put on for the tourists but that's my opinion and I am glad I saw it anyway. We have spent the all day walking in the heat and the girls enjoyed going into all the souvenirs shops and looking at bracelets and bags. They never complained once which was very impressive. In the evening we caught another bus to Muros and had a look around and dinner whilst waiting for Jamieson who arrived at 9 ...
