We were sad to be done travelling for now, but happy to get back to NYC and see all of our friends, eat all of our favorite foods, and start our real married life together, so it was a very conflicted feeling. Overall, I wouldn't change a thing about the trip - it was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

One more post to come once I finally upload the pictures from my analog film camera. It will have a few more pics from throughout the whole trip. Hopefully soon.

... I went to Manuel Antonio with the girls.
It's a huge national park with monkey's, lizards, sloths, spiders and lots of other jungly creepy crawlies.
This weekend Jaco is hosting a national surfcompetition, so we went to check that out yesterday. I decided against going today, because it's just to hot to cook in the sun.

So, tomorrow Christi and I leave for Quepos. It’ll be us 2 girls in the car on the winding Tica roads. It’ll be great! Until then, we'll enjoy our dinner, Tica-style as a blanket of fog rolls into the valley below. Yes, it is as picturesque and romantic as it sounds!

This week was yet another wonderful week in Costa Rica. Monday I dropped and broke my family's pitcher so decided to run to the store to buy them a new one. Along the way I ran into a street vendor who was selling some interesting looking fruit. They were fuzzy/spiky little reddish balls, and I couldn't help but ask him what they were.
