... hour lesson, we learned how to make each course and were able to partake in the preparing and making of the dishes, even making pasta from scratch. After cooking school we had about an hour until we could enjoy what we made. The dinner we made was exceptional. Chef Colin was even nice enough to make duck for Christine since she doesn't eat veal. This vacation was my graduation present - I was able to tell many of my European friends that I would be visiting, and thankfully had the opportunity to meet quite a few of them! ... were expected to throw each other off and be crowned winner. The other team's competitive streak quickly came out but despite it feeling pretty weird we showed them who was boss. Then it got more weird... The 3 Australian women aged 40+ (who were totally crazy) were dying to have a go. By the end we had respectfully backed away and let them continue, dragging in the teenage pool boy to help make up their team! Luckily lunch wasn't far away and we had a ...
