After our walk (the rain stopped for us!) Grant had a nap and I got caught up on some reading and emails and had a chance to talk to Hayley on Skype. Ross was still in classes (I'm going with that!).
Dinner came quickly and we enjoyed a menu prepared by the chef along with some local wines. It was a simple meal made in traditional Tuscan ...
... on the way home gives us delicious parmigiana with melanzano in chilied oil or roast pork panini... The evening was spent at a nearby village for drinks after which we had yet another feast at our agritourismo. We are sorry to say goodbye to hosts Giana, Antonio and special Elena who all cared for us as though we were family. The ravioli was superb!! ...we have now added Rigoli pasta from Pola's ...
