... a little before 8:00 to walk back down the hill for dinner. The place we thought we'd stop at, a little closer to our hotel, was closed. So we traipsed all the way down the hill and found a nice little restaurant to have our pizza in. We got a salad to share and a parma ham pizza. Had our usual wine so the walk back up the hill didn't seem so torturous. ...

It should be noted that we were at this festival at midnight and little kids and babies likely outnumbered adults. Jackson and Abby were thrilled to stay up so late (This is the latest we have ever stayed up! This is even later than Uncle Jeff & Aunt Sara’s wedding!!).

We managed to book a shuttle directly through our resort that would take us to the Cagliari airport (about 2.5 hour drive) and from there we got a taxi from the taxi stand by the arrivals that took us to our hotel in Cagliari. It was by far the easiest transportation day we've had all trip.
