... Milan in the 19th century. It is now home to a series of museums and art collections. We passed through the central courtyard to and wandered through the extensive Parco Sempione, stopping to get up close to some local wildlife. Afterwards we headed back into the retail district for a spot of shopping before mixing it with the rush hour traffic on the trip back past Lago di Como to Morbegno.

... Liz needs the toilet urgently so we turn to head back to the upper piazza and hear the gent behind talking with a lady and it is obvious that the see we have gone the wrong way. The lady catches up with us and we explain that we need the toilette. Ah, she says and leads us to the piazza and into the bar there. ... terms to move as apparently they were in the wrong queue. Roger said he needed a wine after the stress of the castle backing incident so we sat at a ferry side bar and he had two white wines just to make sure he was ok. ... be, Piola. After walking in circles for an hour trying to find our hostel, we realized the street signs were etched into the sides of the buildings (they are VERY hard to make out).
