Truly enlightening moment! We spent lunch at a small cafe called Caffeteria di via Picini by our hostel. Their version of iced coffee is the most amazing thing I've ever tasted! ... for them, even here in Verderio! I spent a while sat on a wall with my feet dangling close to the water, and then chose a park bench in the shade, where I read my Kindle for a while. After catching the train home, I was quite exhausted from the heat, but I was even more exhausted after the 40 minute walk home in the station! I was very glad I'd chosen to take my GIANT hat, as although it looked a bit silly, it did give me some shade!

Como was very nice, though ...
