We drove to the villa a few days ago and have been settling in here getting ready for the wedding and meeting the other guests coming for the wedding. Ryan and Bick (my nephew and his new wife), have friends from all over. Ryan and Bick work in England and Bick's parents are from Malaysia, so was a very multicultural affair.

We headed off on Tuesday morning full of excitement for our day in Siena. After our Florence fiasco we were a bit concerned about driving into the city but it was an easy ride into town and we parked just outside the vehicle exclusion area, paid another small fortune in feeding a meter and hot footed it into town.
