    ... of lovely churches. The edge of the lake is ringed with holiday van parks, hotels & Pensiones & in summer it must be jammed full of visitors but it was quite comfortable for us with some German older visitors.

    ... to the Monument cemetery. A truly different kind of cemetery from those in the states. A very large area with big headstones, mausoleums, monuments and photos of the dead. The Italians take funerals and remembering the deceased very seriously. Our last stop was at the kitschy Balcony of Juliette.
