Once we were back in Como, we took the Funicolare to the top of the hill for an elevated, panoramic view of the lake and city. Peter went into Varenna and found a great place overlooking the lake where they make good coffee. You would be surprised how many places don't.
Later in the evening we shared the bottle of Prosecco that was here for us when we arrived and I made a meal of what food we still had to consume.
Watched another couple of episodes of Sopranos before going to bed.
We certainly have been living la dolce vita!
