Bye bye everyone, hasta la proxima! But before that, mummy has drained the car battery! So we're waiting for Doug to bring the jump leads as ours are locked in the van and we don't have the keys... Sigh, well it is officially our first bit Of adventure. Come on Doug! We re now ...

Home sweet home

I seriously LOVE it here! My housemates are amazing - we have become really close within the last week too! There are five of us in this house - here's a little bit about each of them: Annelyn is so sweet and so funny! Arriving in London was both amazing and terrifying (at the border). Brilliant me, I left all my documents for my Student Visa in my carry on....yeah, so I showed up at the border with no documents. Thankfully, I'm teeechnically not staying in the UK for longer than 9 days before going to Germany - this was ...

We bid a fond farewell to Penzance and the lovely June and Stuart who gave us such a warm welcome at the Ashton Guesthouse and wended our way north to Ilfracombe. What can I say about Ilfracombe - the drive there was misty, drizzly and very grey and the town didn't seem much better - I would describe it as the holiday town for those in God's waiting room. I don't think we saw anyone under the age of 60 unless they ...
