It's already almost Mid-September, so in my book that means it’s finally safe to go to the beach in New Jersey. The weather is comfortable warm and dry instead of unbearably hot and sweaty, ocean temperatures are still near their warmest, the beach badge patrol Nazis have retired for the season, and the mobs of Snooki and Situation wannabes have gone back to the pizzerias and tanning beds in the New York and Philly 'burbs.

When we enquired where the Christadelphian Meeting was held, we were told that it didn't start till 12:30 !! It was pouring with rain, so there was nothing to do but take a seat in the foyer and wait.

Now this was such a busy YMCA that it was no problem to wait - a great time for people-watching.
