      ... wandering round. Not sleazy, it's just what they do. They're all nicely dressed. All quite short. Maybe that's where my height comes from, must be the Italian heritage. Day 4. Washing day today. Things dry well with the radiator things here. Got a bit more onward accommodation booked. It's getting busier and more expensive. Lunch at my restaurant again then packing up my case. It's getting fuller and heavier! What a surprise. Off to Bari tomorrow for 2 ...

      ... of white wine. So before your food comes they bring out a basket of bread and 2 slices of bruschetta like bread, 1 slice has olive oil and tomatoes on and the other slice has a fairly strong creamy cheese. All very yum. My food was delicious although the lemon sauce was quite tangy. The wine was very good, specially for a house wine. They don't charge for the bread and bruschetta. 18 euro all up.       ... s bloody cold! My air BnB host Enrico is there to pick me up. We drive to the self contained apartment, which is beautiful. The problem is that it's in the old town (no cars in there) so we park and walk to it. It's like a rabbit warren in there. I'll never find my way out (or back to the unit)! He's left a bit of food for me so I'm not going out there tonight. I'll wait till tomorrow when hopefully it won't be raining and I've got more hours to find my way back if I get ...

      ... up and down the street of houses many have been turned into tourist shops with food, wine, ornaments & local crafts. Away from these main streets you have the opportunity to walk past many that are private residents, while walking past the houses it's easy to think an Oompa Loompa or elf might pop his head out the door to say hello.

      ... found a great restaurant where we were served home made snacks, bruschetta with our meals, I had sea bass and Jenny had orichetti, but they do not use Parmesan Cheese down here it stems from the old days when they were too poor, so they use fried breadcrumbs instead, delicious.
